Ανάλυση από τα μαλλιά

Η Ανάλυση Μαλλιών ή αλλιώς M.A.H. (Multielemental Analysis of Hair) είναι μία φυσικοχημική ανάλυση μαλλιών με τη μέθοδο Φασματοσκοπίας Φθορισμού Ακτίνων Χ.

Αυτές είναι μερικές από τις βασικές της χρήσεις:

  1. Προσδιορίζει την ποσότητα κάθε μετάλλου στον οργανισμό (ανεπάρκεια ή πλεόνασμα). Αυτά τα στοιχεία θα δείξουν τι χρειάζεται να αλλάξετε στη διατροφή σας και ποια συμπληρώματα διατροφής ή ιατρικά σκευάσματα θα πρέπει να ληφθούν για την αποκατάσταση της ισορροπίας σας.
  2. Καθορίζει τον βαθμό της μόλυνσης ενός οργανισμού από βαρέα μέταλλα (μόλυβδο, κάδμιο, υδράργυρο και άλλα τοξικά μέταλλα). Το ζητούμενο αφού βρεθούν τα βαρέα μέταλλα που βρίσκονται σε περίσσεια είναι να ακολουθήσουμε μια θεραπεία για την αποβολή τους.
  3. Προλαμβάνει την εξέλιξη νοσημάτων, καθώς μας δίνει την δυνατότητα να μάθουμε τις διαταραχές στην λειτουργία του οργανισμού σε πολύ πρώιμο στάδιο. 
  4. Έλεγχος της αποτελεσματικότητας από την διατροφή,  την λήψη σκευασμάτων και την αποτοξίνωση του οργανισμού μας.

Παράδειγμα αποτελεσμάτων (ενός ανώνυμου τεστ):

Η ανάλυση των μαλλιών μας δίνει τα αποτελέσματα των παρακάτω στοιχείων και μια εκτίμηση αν βρίσκονται σε ισορροπία, σε περίσσεια ή σε έλλειψη.

Στην συνέχεια, όπου υπάρχει ανεπάρκεια / πλεόνασμα κάποιου στοιχείου περιγράφονται τα πιθανά αίτια και οι συνέπειες των εν λόγω αποκλίσεων. Τέλος, δίνονται οδηγίες για την αποκατάσταση ισορροπίας στοιχείων στον οργανισμό.

Με τη βοήθεια της MAH ανάλυσης και εκτιμώντας τα αποτελέσματα, είναι δυνατόν να καταλάβουμε ποια όργανα και συστήματα του οργανισμού κινδυνεύουν.

Στο συγκεκριμένο παράδειγμα βρέθηκαν ελλείψεις στα στοιχεία Θείο, Μαγγάνιο, Σίδηρος, Ψευδάργυρος, Ιώδιο και περίσσεια στα βαρέα μέταλλα Βρώμιο και Κάδμιο. Ο διαιτώμενος έλαβε μια πλήρη ανάλυση για τις επιπτώσεις της έλλειψης ή της περίσσειας κάθε στοιχείου καθώς και τον τρόπο να τα φέρει σε ισορροπία μέσω της διατροφής και των συμπληρωμάτων.

Έτσι η Μ.Α.Η. είναι ένα εξαιρετικό εργαλείο πρόληψης και ρύθμισης συγκεκριμένων καταστάσεων. Στο συγκεκριμένο άτομο οι γενικές και ορμονολογικές εξετάσεις βγαίνουν άριστες όλα τα χρόνια, μέσω αυτής της ανάλυσης θα έχει την ευκαιρία να βελτιώσει ακόμα περισσότερο την υγεία και την ποιότητα ζωής του, λαμβάνοντας συγκεκριμένες κατευθύνσεις για το πως θα το κάνει πράξη.

Τα μέταλλα είναι υπεύθυνα για πολύ σημαντικές βιοχημικές αντιδράσεις στον οργανισμό. Αν αυτά είναι σε έλλειψη, τότε οι πρωτεΐνες, οι υδατάνθρακες, οι βιταμίνες και τα ένζυμα δεν μπορούν να «λειτουργήσουν σωστά».

Ο καθένας μας μπορεί να έχει έλλειψη από χρήσιμα στοιχεία. Υπάρχουν διάφοροι λόγοι για αυτό όπως η έλλειψη μετάλλων στη διατροφή σας, η κακή απορρόφηση, η λήψη φαρμάκων, οι χρόνιες ασθένειες, οι αγχωτικές καταστάσεις. Ανεπάρκεια μετάλλων μπορεί να γίνει μεγαλύτερη όταν εργάζεστε σκληρά και ως εκ τούτου ο οργανισμός καταναλώνει περισσότερα μέταλλα από ό, τι συνήθως.

Επιβλαβή στοιχεία ιδίως ο μόλυβδος, το κάδμιο και ο υδράργυρος συνεχώς επιβαρύνουν τον οργανισμό μας, μέσω τροφών, νερού και αέρα. Η επιβάρυνση αυτή εμφανίζεται με διαφορετικούς τρόπους όπως πονοκεφάλους, κόπωση, εγκεφαλοπάθεια και άλλα βαριά νοσήματα. Οι συνέπειες εξαρτώνται από την ποσότητα των βλαβερών στοιχείων στον οργανισμό.

Η ανισορροπία μετάλλων ουσιαστικά δεν αποτελεί την αιτία της ασθένειας, μπορεί όμως να επιδεινώνει την ασθένεια και να καθυστερεί την ανάρρωση.

Γιατί ανάλυση μαλλιών αντί για εξέταση αίματος;

Τα θρεπτικά συστατικά περνούν στον θύλακα της τρίχας και εκεί αποθηκεύονται. Οπότε, η
ανάλυση μαλλιών δείχνει την καταγραφή των στοιχείων αυτών για τους τελευταίους 3-6
μήνες. Απεναντίας, η ανάλυση αίματος και ουρίας, αντανακλούν την κατάσταση μόνο για
την χρονική στιγμή που έγινε η εξέταση. Ας αναλογιστούμε λοιπόν πως η ανάλυση μαλλιών
μας δείχνει σαν ένα βίντεο τι έγινε τους προηγούμενους 3-6 μήνες, ενώ η ανάλυση αίματος
μας δείχνει σαν μια φωτογραφία τι συμβαίνει αυτή τη στιγμή. Αυτό καθιστά την ανάλυση
μαλλιών μια πιο αξιόπιστη, πλήρη και οικονομική εξέταση σε σχέση με την εξέταση
αίματος.

Είναι η Μ.Α.Η. μια επιστημονική μέθοδος;

Παρακάτω μπορείτε να βρείτε 113 βιβλιογραφικές αναφορές, πάνω στις οποίες βασίστηκε η ερευνητική μου μελέτη σχετικά με την Μ.Α.Η. Οι αναφορές ξεκινούν κοντά στο 1970 και φτάνουν στο 2013, που ήταν και η ημερομηνία παράδοσης της εργασίας μου. Από τότε μέχρι σήμερα, πλήθος αναφορών και μελετών έχουν γίνει γύρω από αυτό το πολύ ενδιαφέρον επιστημονικό πεδίο. Πλέον, έχουμε την δυνατότητα να σχεδιάσουμε μια διατροφή με βάση τις ελλείψεις μας και όχι απλά με βάση το «τι είναι καλό να τρώμε». Η Μ.Α.Η. είναι μια ακριβής και αξιόπιστη μέτρηση που με επιστημονικό τρόπο μας βοηθά να πετύχουμε μια πραγματικά εξατομικευμένη διατροφή.

Τα αποτελέσματα της ανάλυσης μαλλιών βγαίνουν στο διάστημα των 7 ημερών. Έπειτα η επιστημονική ομάδα του κέντρου e-asis δίνει συγκεκριμένες κατευθύνσεις για το πως μπορούν να καλυφθούν οι ελλείψεις των θρεπτικών συστατικών και πως θα αποβληθούν τα περιττά βαρέα μέταλλα από τον οργανισμό.
